Metro City 5G Network Expansion

Challenge
A major carrier needed to rapidly expand 5G coverage across a metropolitan area of 2.5 million residents. Existing coverage gaps were causing subscriber churn and poor network performance in high-density zones.
Solution
We deployed 45 new macro towers and 12 small cell installations across the metro area. Our team handled site acquisition, zoning approvals, tower construction, antenna installation, and fiber backhaul integration over a 4-month period.

Rural Connectivity Initiative
Appalachian Broadband Alliance, Tennessee
Challenge
Three underserved rural counties had limited or no broadband access. Over 15,000 residents and 200 local businesses were unable to access reliable internet, hindering education, telehealth, and economic development.
Solution
We installed 20 new communication towers strategically positioned across the three counties. Our team navigated complex terrain, secured easements, and integrated wireless backhaul to deliver broadband to previously unserved areas.

Emergency Network Restoration

Challenge
A Category 4 hurricane destroyed 8 critical cell towers and damaged power infrastructure across a 200-mile corridor. Emergency responders and residents were without communications, creating life-safety risks and hampering recovery efforts.
Solution
We rapidly deployed 6 temporary COWs (Cell on Wheels) and 4 temporary COLTs (Cell on Light Trucks) to restore emergency communications. Our crews worked 24/7 to clear debris, assess tower damage, and establish temporary infrastructure.
